Hi,
We have no drivers for Citrix* for the Intel® Ethernet Connection I219-V that is embedded in your NUC, all drivers available are here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/82186/Intel-Ethernet-Connection-I219-V and we dont support Citrix* either so our resources to help you with this request are very limited.
I believe the next step is to use Citrix Driver Development Kit (DDK) that will allow you to create your own supplemental pack and for that purpose, I would recommend working directly with Citrix: https://identity.citrix.com/Utility/STS/Sign-In?ReturnUrl=%2fUtility%2fSTS%2fsaml20%2fpost-binding-response or visit any of their forums and get help from other Citrix users.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Ronny G
