Hi,
I am using Razer Core X Chroma with RTX 3090 on my NUC10i7FNH.
It runs perfectly fine on Ubuntu 20.04.
However, when I switch to Windows 10 1909. The output display only works for a few seconds and then the system freezed, crushed and restarted.
I have tried almost everything in the egpu trouble shooting page( https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000056230/intel-nuc.html), including:
- update BIOS
- update Thunderbolt 3 driver
- update Thunderbolt firmware
I did have a problem encountered during the firmware update, the installation gave me:
- A timeout has expired while FW update was performed
Any suggestions?
