Hello,
i have bought a NUC10i7FNH and have used it for one day by pluging the hdmi and usb (keyboard and mouse) direct in the nuc. It has worked fine.
The next day it tried to use a new hp thunderbold 3 dogging station. The nuc showed some have activity with the fan, but nothing else. No graphic, no booting, no special led reaction. After approximately one minute the nuc shuts down.
I have gone back to plug in the hdmi and usb (keyboard and mouse) direct in the nuc. The nuc shows have activity with the fan, but no graphic, no booting no special led reaction and shuts down after a minute. I have pushed in the power-button for 3 seconds until it turns amber but no change. I have tried to use a bootable usb-stick but no change.
(On the left side i can see that inside the nuc is a yellow or greenish led.)
Could someone give me a hint how to get the nuc working again?
Is the any way to reset the nuc or to hw-reset?
thanks in advance
