NUC11 Mini-PC only recognizing 1 of 3 monitors

I have bought NUC11PABi5.
I have connected it to docking station CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 Dock using thunderbolt port.
I have connected following monitors to the docking station.
PFB the model and the display resolution to which I have set them.

Dell U2720Q -3840*2160
Dell U2415 - 1920*1200
HP 22cwa - 1920*1200

Dell U2720Q is connected to the dock through thunderbolt.
Dell U2415 is connected to the dock through display port.
HP 22cwa is connected to Dell U2415 using mini-display port to HDMI adapter.

Only one monitor is showing display when i connect NUC11.
Either Dell U2720Q or Dell U2415.

BIOS version: 0048

When I connect other devices, such as my laptops: Dell XPS 13 9360 and HP Zenbook, all monitors show the display.

No, this did not help.
However, I changed my monitor setup and now connecting all monitors with each other through display port daisy chain.
I am only using one display port of my dock.
In this way configuration, all monitors work.
However, when I connect one monitor with thunderbolt and one with display port on the dock and connect Intel NUC to one thunderbolt port, only one monitor works.

Hello Snehansh,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I am sorry you are having issues connecting your monitors to your Intel® NUC11PAHi5. I'll be glad to assist you with that.

Please be aware that we do not recommend the use of docking stations, dongles and video adapters, as they may cause various display issues. There is, however, a list of tested compatible adapters and dongles for this NUC model (https://compatibleproducts.intel.com/ProductDetails?activeModule=Intel%C2%AE%20NUC&prdName=NUC11PAHi5)

In order to continue, please perform the following steps:

  • If not already, try using different cables.
  • Make sure the monitors are running the latest firmware, if any.
  • Check if the monitors are showing on the Intel Graphics Command Center
  • Apply a lower resolution on the monitor that does show image, and check if there is any difference on the other two monitors when the resolution is reduced.

Lastly, perform a clean installation of the latest DCH graphics drivers 31.0.101.3222.

Latest graphics DCH drivers 31.0.101.3222: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/739618/intel-graphics-dch-driver-for-windows-10-and-window-11-for-the-intel-nuc11pa-nuc11ph-nuc11tn-nuc11eb-nuc11btm-nuc11db-and-nuc12dc-nuc12ed-products.html

Clean Installation instructions: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html

Let me know of the outcome.

This is what I would expect.

There is only one DP channel embedded in a TBT3 channel. If you have DP port in the dock and there isn't an MST hub splitting this DP channel, then there isn't going to be any DP support in the downstream TBT channel.
