I have recently upgraded the BIOS to 0064 on a NUC11TNKv7. Experiencing general USB stability issues since (random disconnects/reconnects on keyboard and mouse; USB audio drops and distorted sound).
I have filed a support ticket since the NUC now is completely unusable due to the BIOS upgrade.
Does anyone have the recovery download for the 0062 BIOS?

From the BIOS 64 Release Notes:
Due to the Intel® ME firmware update in BIOS version 0064, you can’t downgrade to version 0062 or earlier.
The BIOS 62 Recovery BIOS will not be at all useful to you. You will have to wait for Intel to complete the investigation of this issue and, if indeed it was something that was introduced by BIOS 64, wait for a replacement BIOS.
Sorry,

Experiencing the same issue for our NUC11TNKi5 (Tiger Canyon TNTGL357) after Microsoft pushed the BIOS update 0064 on our NUCs in April,2022
USB has lot of disconnection problems, USB sound device some time having static noise.
the most terrible thing is that this version BIOS is not reversible .
Tried to downgrade to lower version BIOS, the system became a brick...

It seems Intel has removed the problematic 0064 version from the website. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19698/bios-update-tntgl357.html.
it shows the latest version is 0062 now.
Wish they can get a new release to fix the 0064's USB disconnection issues soon, it took too long for them to do something since release the bad 0064 BIOS in February
