I don't see NUC11ATKC4 listed here.
Is it mean cec-client not working in this model ?

According to the TPS,
But, I can find no support in the BIOS for enabling this feature and, in the web page for the CEC API, the AT NUC is not listed.
As for a 'client', I am unsure what you are referring to. If you are referring to an app, as far as I can see there is no such thing (at least not from Intel).

If NUC11ATKC4 is not supported this feature yet, is there any visibility from intel to make an update to enable it?
Is there any suggested app that able to replace functions of CEC?
Thanks.

One of the ICS agents will need to escalate this issue up the chain. According to the TPS, the BIOS is supposed to support this capability but it does not seem to AFAICT. - @Ronny_G_Intel ???

Hi @arifptm,
The NUC11ATKC4 (Atlas Canyon in general) does not support CEC function. This is an error in the Technical Product Specification that will be addressed as soon as possible, I apologize for any inconvenience generated by this error.
If you really need this function and you purchased the NUC with plans to use it, please give us a call or chat directly with Intel Customer Support and make reference to case 05517835, we will try to find an alternative solution for this issue.
Regards,
Ronny G
