I don't see NUC11ATKC4 listed here.
Is it mean cec-client not working in this model ?

I think so, but it's kinda weird when the one of newest gen NUC doesn't support CEC

According to the TPS,

But, I can find no support in the BIOS for enabling this feature and, in the web page for the CEC API, the AT NUC is not listed.

As for a 'client', I am unsure what you are referring to. If you are referring to an app, as far as I can see there is no such thing (at least not from Intel).

I'm sorry if 'client' word has bothered you, i meant to asking about CEC HDMI on NUC11ATKC4, i had no idea to enabling this feature.

If NUC11ATKC4 is not supported this feature yet, is there any visibility from intel to make an update to enable it?

Is there any suggested app that able to replace functions of CEC?

Thanks.

Too bad.
without CEC support, this NUC cannot turn on/off  the monitor automatically.

Am I right ?...

One of the ICS agents will need to escalate this issue up the chain. According to the TPS, the BIOS is supposed to support this capability but it does not seem to AFAICT. - @Ronny_G_Intel ???

Hi @arifptm,

The NUC11ATKC4 (Atlas Canyon in general) does not support CEC function. This is an error in the Technical Product Specification that will be addressed as soon as possible, I apologize for any inconvenience generated by this error.

If you really need this function and you purchased the NUC with plans to use it, please give us a call or chat directly with Intel Customer Support and make reference to case 05517835, we will try to find an alternative solution for this issue.

Regards,

Ronny G

I will using NUC for indoor digital signage. I previously used raspberry for my product. So this feature must present.

Will there be a bios update later? or what?...
I can wait if only need update. But if it related to hardware, I need other solution

Hi arifptm,

No, CEC is not supported in Atlas Canyon (NUC11ATKC4), this is an error in the Technical Product Specification and we have no plans to have a BIOS fix for it.

Please reach out to Intel Customer Support directly via Chat or Phone, here is our contact us website: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-intel.html#support-intel-products_98414:98414 you can make reference to case 5517835 (explain that you do not own this case so a new case under your name needs to be created)

I apologize for the inconvenience.
