NUC11ATKPE max ram

NUC11ATKPE specifications page shows that this kit supports up to 32 GB of ram while Intel's N6005 specs page shows the processor supporting up to 16 GB.

 

Does NUC11ATKPE actually support 32 GB of ram?

Your NUC supports 32 GB memory, using two 16GB SO DIMMs installed in each slot. Please refer to page 14 in the Technical Product Specification.  In addition this is a list of Memory Modules validated by Intel for your NUC.
