I bought a WD SN850 for my NUC11PABi5 I5 1135G7
and use the CrystalDiskMark 8 to test it
but the speed only 8XX MB
and my last SN750 it could be 3450 MB
Does any BIOS have to setting or other reason ?

1. Did you installed all Intel Drivers for your NUC. If not yet, start with the Chipset Software and reboot your NUC.
2. Download and install the the Western Digital Dashboard. Run this application and check the firmware version and the performance.
3. In answer to your question - there are no any settings in BIOS to improve SSD performance.
