NUC11PAH Disque non reconnu au redémarrage

Bonjour,

Nous avons acheté des NUC11PAH et comme il n'existe pas de legacy boot donc nous avons dû créer un disque GPT. Une fois cela fait, le NUC demarre bien sur le disque GPT et fonctionne correctement mais lorsque j'éeint le PC et le redémarre, impossible de booter dessus. Il n'apparait dans les possibilités de boot malgré le fait qu'il soit reconnu dans le BIOS.

Quelqu'un a t-il une solution?

Il semblerait qu'il fallait décocher "POST Function Hotkeys Displayed" pour régler le soucis mais parfois lorsque je redémarre le PC, celui ne se lance pas et impossible de l'éteindre en appuyant sur power et je suis donc obligé de le débranché même si c'est assez rare) Je souhaiterait savoir à quoi sert cette option et si il y a une procédure existante différente.

What brand are you using for an SSD? If it is a previously used drive, did you use DISKPART to CLEAN the drive of all partitions before use on PA?

Also, make sure you have the latest BIOS (0041) installed to see if that fixes any issues you are seeing.

Merci pour votre réponse et votre interêt.

J'utilise des ssd M2 crucial et samsung. Le SSD était neuf et j'ai installé Windows 10 avec mediacreation tool avec une clé USB mais le problème persistait que le BIOS soit à jour ou pas.

Le seul moyen pour que Windows démarre était que je prenne le disque et le mette dans un autre NUC et que je démarre dessus pour ensuite le remettre dans le nuc d'origine mais ca ne marchait que pour le premier démarrage. Si je redémarrer le problème revenait.

Quelqu'un peut me dire c'est quoi l'option "POST Function Hotkeys Displayed"?

Event better if you can, in order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan (check "Everything") and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

The POST Function Hotkeys Displayed parameter indicates whether the BIOS Splash/Logo screen will include a legend for the function keys. There are other parameters that device which of the function keys will be included in this legend.

The only time I have seen a system act like yours is when Windows is not being properly booted using UEFI. I would reinstall Windows and, when you get to the scene in the installer where you indicate what partition to install to, delete *all* partitions on the drive and then have Windows installed to the unused space entry for the drive (which should encompass *all* of the drive at this point). This will cause the partition table to be properly rewritten in GPT format.

If this doesn't work, I would be trying a different NVMe SSD. If that doesn't work, then there is something wrong with your PA NUC.
