That is your disk activity LED.

Hello,

thank you for posting on Intel Community! 

 

This is the HDD Activity LED and it lights up to provide a visual indicator that data is being read from or written to a hard drive.

See page 19 from the technical product specification (TPS) for the NUC11PA series.
