Hi,
I have a NUC11PAHi7 running Windows 10 20H2. Everything was fine, but out of nowhere I have the following odd issue:
When the PC is on, the Power Led is Blinking Blue. That indicates it's in Modern Standby. But, obviously it is not in any standby when it is on.
I can work around this by going into the Bios and changing the LED settings for Modern Standby. I.e. I can just turn it to Solid.
But, I shouldn't have to do that - and it wasn't like that before either. It's like something bugged and now the NUC for whatever reason thinks it's in Modern Standby when it is on.
I tried playing around in the BIOS and also NUC management Studio in Windows, but can't find a way to set Modern Standby to disabled.
It also blinks when I am in the BIOS (so not just in Windows).
Like I said: this popped out of nowhere - i.e. I didn't change any BIOS settings or Windows Power Plan settings.
I have Deep Sleep S4/S5 turned Off in the Bios - if that is related. But it was off before this started.

Hi @Jaap7
1. I would start from resetting BIOS to default settings (F9, F10). FYI, in NUC PA, the Modern Standby is the only possible Sleep Mode.
2. In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

Hi Leon,
Thank you for your reply. I'll wait with the BIOS reset until a bit later. But attached my log from SSU.
Cheers,
Jaap
