We have several NUC11PAHi7 in different networks and all of them have the same issue. We use a VNC server on each NUC and randomly it is impossible to connect to the NUC form inside the Network for up to 2 min but then it works again. During this time doing a Ping request for the NUC gives a timeout. However, if I am connected to the NUC with for example AnyDesk and try to ping computers from the NUC when the NUC is not reachable, this works. So the NUC is unreachable from the outside but have no issue to connect to other computers. The computers on the network have fixed IP. Updating the network driver did not help.
Ethernet product: Intel(R) Ethernet Controller I225-V
Edit: Currently trying a newer Bios version (0050) and looks promising so far.

Updating the bios solved the issue.
For other people with same problems, I did the following:
- Updating the Network driver to the latest version (currently 1.1.3.34 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/767970/intel-ethernet-lan-driver-for-the-intel-nuc-11-performance-kits-nuc11pa-when-using-windows-10-or-windows-11.html)
- Setting "Speed & Duplex" to 100 Mbps Half Duplex (not sure if this is necessary)
- Updating the Bios to latest version (currently 0050 https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19694/bios-update-patgl357.html?wapkw=nuc11pahi7)
