NUC11PAHi7 cannot wake up after hibernation

HI

Today, I encountered a fault that I could not wake up after a hibernation.
The hard disk indicator light keeps flashing, and the keyboard and mouse
don't work.Press the power button, the hard disk indicator goes off, the
fan starts to spin like crazy, and it still can't wake up.

To better assist you, please provide me with the following:

• Do you recall any hardware or software change before the issue started?
• Is your system up to date? Did you install the latest version for the BIOS, operating system, and Graphics driver?
• You mentioned 'Press the power button. The hard disk indicator goes off.' Does it mean that the unit is unable to boot? Or do you state that you try to press the power button to wake your system up?

If you are not on the new firmware 0046 then I would give that a try. Seems to fix a lot of issues.
