Hi,

I would like to know if there is an IR remote control that allows me to turn my  NUC 11PAHi7 ON and OFF

That because I've Broadlink remote controller connected with Amazon Echo and I wish to set Broadlink to turn ON and OFF my NUC.

In reference to your question, we recommend using a validated standard Windows* Remote Controller IR version RC6, this is a part number for one of them:
