NUC11PHKi7C found 2 part numbers what's the difference?

Have sold the NUC11PHKi7C before, however i notice there are 2 part numbers with quiet a difference in price, i cant find any PDF docs that tell me that difference between them, what are the differences?

• NUC11PHKI7C000
• NUC11PHKI7C001

This identification is to inform you about the AC power cords that are included in the box with Intel® NUC products. Each Intel NUC model includes either a region-specific AC cord or no AC cord.

• RNUC11PHKi7C000 has no power cord included, and it needs to be purchased separately.
• RNUC11PHKi7C001 contains a US power cord included
