NUC11TN* RHEL/CentOS HDMI problem

If you are running RHEL/CentOS 8.* on a NUC11TN* then with earlier revisions of the BIOS the second HDMI port will not be seen under the OS. Upgrading the BIOS to the current revision 62 resolves this issue. There are no special BIOS settings required with this application.
