NUC11TN - ethernet driver install failing

Hi,

Has anyone successfully installed the ethernet driver.

The download page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30137/Intel-Ethernet-LAN-Network-Connection-Driver-for-NUC...

Provide one that doesn't work.

The Intel Driver and support Asistant also doesn't work.

Any hints?

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. Please share with us more information on the issue, troubleshooting steps you tried and Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results 

  • Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows
  • Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".  
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Attached SSU output. It shows no LAN driver (Wireless is o.k.)

Using the Ïntel Driver and Support Assistant"shows the driver is Missing. Click the install and it tries to run , them comes back and says the driver is missing

Thank you for the information provided, the operating system is not up to date. Please run all the Windows updates, re-install the Intel® DSA and if you still can't install the LAN driver please follow the manual installation:
