NUC11TNB will Not Sleep or Screensave

Hi,

 

New NUC11TNBv5 with new Windows 10 Pro, full OS patch and even installed Intel Driver Support application which confirms all drivers up to date.

Will not go into screensaver (set at 5 mins) or screen off (10 mins) or power off (60 mins).  Machine just stays on.

 

Usual Power Troubleshooter, checking Windows Power Plan settings have no obvious options.

 

Machine WILL go to sleep fine manually from Start/Power/Sleep so it's not a core problem. Just Windows sleep timers think something is awake?

It looks like it is a wireless mouse issue -- I have no idea why sleep worked with the previous PC this migrated from but swapping to a direct-cable USB mouse / kb fixed the issue

I think as there was no immediate internal solution, asking for community input remains a valid course.
