Hi
This question focuses on both the i and vPro Extreme units, will they both be 100% compliant with the addin graphics cards like the A770 ARC? It appears the BIOS needs to support something with regards how it pushes data to the card.
The Intel DSA here on the NUC12DCMv9 says my CPU is 100% compatible, but we have already dumped in to BIOS changes between the vPro and i generation with regards its RGB LED control (vPro doesn't have it), so need to make sure you're not restricting use of ARC to the i generation only and including vPro with compatibility.

Hello @GRIFFCOMM
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
The Intel® Arc™ A770/750 Graphics are compatible with the Intel® NUC 12 Extreme Kit - NUC12DCMi9.
The graphics card's dimensions are: Width: 29cm, Height: 13cm, Depth: 4.3cm.
Note: This is specific to the Intel releases model only and we are unable to comment on other manufacturers' specifications. Other manufacturers' specifications and designs vary and their dimensions might differ. The recommendation is to check with those manufacturers.
However, we will check further regarding if there could be any restrictions on compatibility with BIOS or with vPro Extreme units. As soon as we have more details, we will post them here in the thread.
Best regards,
Andrew G.

Hello @GRIFFCOMM
Thank you for posting on the Intel
Let me go ahead and investigate this request.
The Arc Graphics card A770/750 The card can physically fit in the system but there are some limitations regarding the RGB Connectors. Performance wise it should be detected and working correctly directly connected to the PCI slot.
Let me take a closer look at this situation in order to provide you with an accurate response to your questions.

Hello GRIFFCOMM
We would like to inform you that the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics card is compatible with the Intel® NUC; however, the LEDs are not, as there is not any connector in the baseboard nor the Compute Element to attach the RGB cable that comes with the card.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us back.

Hi
Interesting, can you please forward the specifications sheet for the A770, i was aware it had RGB LEDs i thought they were built in and didn't require an RGB cable.
Where on the baseboard would the RGB connector be connected to? (i wasnt aware there was a spare RGB connector on the i9 baseboard.
I assume the RGB would have been controlled by the Studio software?
ALSO
Who is making the cards? one of the bonus of nVidia Quadro was it was made by PNY and had a 3 year warranty, i ask this as just seen an ASUS ARC card, ASUS card qualities are bad, so with regards the A770 are they Intel branded as manufactured by Intel? Also whats the warranty on the hardware?
