I have a problem initializing my nuc5cpyh nuc.
It was working perfectly, and was going to sell it, so I did the windows recovery to leave it at factory defaults.
Then it rebooted and since then does not boot.
What I have found so far:
-With HD plugged in, it gives no screen.
- With some usb plugged it does not give any screen.
- Without the HD and with the jumper on 1-2 or 2-3 it turns on and gives this screen.
-Without the HD and without the jumper, it gives no screen.
- Without the HD and with the jumper 1-2, if I press the power 3 seconds, it turns the orange light, but not the screen. With the jumper at 2-3, pressing the power more than 3 seconds it turns on and off.
-I tried to put a Bios in the usb and press F7, not the screen
-I already disconnected the battery and nothing solved
The only screen I can get is this one with PXE-E61
I can't access boot from f2 or f10 or anything.
Any chance of recovery?

The problem was simply that the TV where nuc was connected, I don't know why, didn't show the bios screen, but it was there. I connected to a monitor and it was all solved

It is likely your TV does not support 1024x768 resolution.
