NUC5PPYH Network Card not appearing in Device Manager

Greetings to the well of knowledge...

I have now purchased two NUC5PPYH systems where the network adapter does not exist in Device Manager. I have installed the recommended RealTek driver, but the device is not seen by Windows at all. Wifi is seen, but I need this system to be wired. I can chalk up one system to a defect but two systems?

Anyone else seeing this?

Regards,

Ken Carter

Hello KACJR,

Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the Ethernet LAN controllers.

Can you please provide the following information (from both devices) to better assist you?I hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

No LED activity.

LAN is enabled in BIOS.

Currently BIOS Version 59.

I'll update the BIOS and see what happens.

Updated BIOS to 62. No love. No LEDs. Nothing at all in Device Manager, not even an "Unknown Device". It's like the network card doesn't exist.
