Hello Uz,

I understand that you are facing functionality issues with the Bluetooth of your NUC5i3RYK.

In order to assist you, please go ahead and try a BIOS recovery by following these steps:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005532/mini-pcs.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005532/mini-pcs.html

Here you will find the attest version of the BIOS, which is already on your system:

Once that you recover the BIOS please go ahead and try to install the latest Intel® Bluetooth Technology-Based Driver for Windows® 10 found here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27602/Intel-Bluetooth-Technology-Based-Driver-for-Windows-... https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27602/Intel-Bluetooth-Technology-Based-Driver-for-Windows-...

Please let us know the outcome; I hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

Back when the Fall Creator's Update came out, we had all sorts of issues with BT. This was a MS issue. I am presuming the same goes for the Spring Creator's Update. Do the following:

1. Download latest WiFi and BT drivers fron Intel Download Center and copy onto NUC.

2. Disable internet access.

3. Totally uninstall the WiFi and BT drivers.

4. Reboot.

5. Install BT and then WiFi drivers.

6. Reboot and test.

Hope this helps,
