Is there a sensor on the NUC5i7RYH that will allow for the CPU temp to be displayed on a web page? I cannot seem to find anything related to this.

You should be able to use HWiNFO to display these temperatures.

In most cases, you need to be running software that talks to an app like CoreTemp or something similar which will work its way around the security and support being accessed from within the web sandbox. Even on Windows 10, I use a Windows 7 gadget (All CPU Meter) that talks to the CoreTemp app to get processor temperature readings.

Maybe the better question is does this NUC support IPMI? I cannot find any info on that.

Absolutely not. IPMI is an expensive server technology. It has no place in Desktop designs.
