So this release has been in the pipeline all along and simply wasn't released and been held back?

Something similar happening for the NUC8i5BEH for which both MEI firmware and the CPU microcode is outdated?

This wasn't intended as a conspiracy theory, just find it remarkable after asking all of a sudden a updated BIOS is instantly available (build on Dec 8, 2021)

I also have a NUC8i5BEH unit here which seem to be missing latest CPU 806EA microcode only (EC vs EA currently used)

ME firmware 12.0.81.1753 seems to be up to date after all, my mistake!
