NUC6CAY HDMI Firmware update to 1.72

Hi,

We are experiencing issue with an Industrial Touch Screen Monitor, it seems that updating hdmi firmware to 1.72 resolve the issue.

It seems that brand new NUC6CAY still ship with the old 1.66 firmware so we must upgrade all systems manually here. We would like to automate the process as much as possible. Is it possible to upgrade the HDMI firmware using Intel Toolkit? Or launch the upgrade tool from command line?

You can either use the Intel ® Integrator Tool Kit or Intel ® VCUST tool to create images and attempt to automate the process; however, you will need to refer to the user guide for more information on how to do so, refer to the links below:

Hi David,

From what I see, those tools doesn't allow an update of the HDMI Firmware? The only way I see seems to be using Windows 10
