I own a NUC6CAYH with last BIOS Version: 0048
Today I get aware that the Realtek LAN network card is disappered, only wifi works. I have Windows 10 with last updates.
I installed the last chipset driver and serial io too. I tried to installed the realtek driver but the wizard tells me Realtek car was not found.
I did shutdown, removed the power cable many times but the NIC does not appears. Replace also the network cable and plug it on another device that works.
On NUC6CAYH BIOS I get the MAC address is ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff.
How can I fix this problem?

I did a recovery by the Power Button Menu steplist with last BIOS version. The procedure was successful.
However, I do not see any nic card on Windows: if I go to computer management and display the device list I did not see the realtek card or an unknown realtek device.
On BIOS the Onboard LAN MAC Address remains FF-FF-FF-FF-FF-FF
