When you press power button, what happens? Does the power LED come on at all? If so, does it come on solid or flash? If it flashes, what is the pattern?

Is the green LED inside the chassis coming on when the power supply is connected and plugged in?

Like I said, the only light I see is the one close to SATA power connector, and it's blinking

@JPell1,
Only suggestion I have is to try a different power supply. The green LED flashing is an indication that the NUC could not draw even standby power from the power supply. Only alternative explanation I can think of is that a surge of some sort fried the primary voltage regulators.
