Hi,
As the subject says, the BIOS update went fine until it got to the graphics update then hung. I left the machine for an extended time but nothing happened.
I then turned the device off and now nothing I do will cause the device to boot properly, blank screen no BIOS, can't use function keys, BIOS recovery does not appear to do anything.
Power light comes on, fans come on but there's no sign of POST success etc.
Is there anything I can do here?
I'm pretty upset as this computer hasn't been used much and I was preparing it for a friend
