NUC6i7KYK meeting a freezing once insert thunderbolt device

Hi,

 

I am using NUC6i7KYK for controlling the PXI chassis of NI. 

Once I plug the thunderbolt 3 of the connector to NUC, the windows 10 system will freeze with no responding. As far as I un plug it the windows will recover. 

Please help me find the cause. 

I used the SSU to capture the log before plugging in the thunderbolt 3 connector and after unplugging the thunderbolt 3 connector, which was uploaded to the attachment.

The Super Users will look at it - but, we need more information to do so. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the tool, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.

Since it isn't included in the report(s), please provide some additional information:

  1. What versions of the Thunderbolt drivers do you have installed?
  2. What version of the Thunderbolt firmware do you have installed? (check; don't just presume from packages)
  3. Explain what ' PXI chassis of NI' is.
