Wow. I just checked. You are using build 14393, version 1607, from 2016.

Get upgraded to 1809 and come back once you try these updates on a SUPPORTED release of W10.

@ASen0

Just to complete Al's very good advice to Upgrade Windows to the version 1809, you should upgrade your bios first. You have now bios version 0031 installed. I don't know the exact history of bios revision for your NUC however version 0031 doesn't exists in bios release notes. Could be this version was pulled out by Intel. Any way because the bios update in your case is a major update, I suggest that you do it using Bios recovery method with Yellow Security Jumper removed as detailed in the following paragraphs:

  1. Prepare USB stick fully formatted to FAT32 with JY0047.bio Bios file https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28462/BIOS-Update-JYGLKCPX-86A-?product=126135 . Format your USB with Quick Format option unchecked. Do not format your USB in MAC (OS) or Linux machine. Use Windows.
  2. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the bottom panel from your NUC.
  3. Remove the Yellow Bios Security Jumper. See paragraph 2.3, page 48 in Technical Product Specification https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC7xJY_TechProdSpec.pdf
  4. Insert the USB with the JY0047.bio file.
  5. Reconnect the power adapter and power ON the NUC. Wait 30 sec - 2min. The Recovery process will start automatically and will end after 2 -5 minutes.
  6. When bios recovery is completed, switch the power OFF, remove the power adapter and replace the Security Jumper (pins 1-2) . Reinstall the bottom panel.
  7. Power your NUC ON.
  8. Enter Bios setting by pressing F2 during boot process.
  9. Press F9(followed by "Y"), to set Bios to default settings. Press F10 (followed by "Y"), to save the settings and exit to O.S. Let the NUC fully reboot.
  10. If before update, you have customized bios settings, you can enter again to Bios setting to change the necessary settings.

And, you can get 1809 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Only 1803 and above are supported.
