NUC7PJYH output to 4K TV not working

My NUC7PJYH connects fine with 1080p to my Philips TV. 4K won't work (no picture). 4K does work on a 4K LG monitor.

Installed all the latest drivers. tried 30Hz instead op 60Hz without success. How to fix this?
