NUC7PJYH2 NO SIGNAL on LG SmartTV.

I am tryint to connect via HDMI my NUC7PJYH on a LG TV with WebOS, but doesnt work.

Connecting on my LG PC display works fine, and when I connect my old NUC DN2820FYK on the LG SmartTV works without problems.

I connect both NUCs on the LG TV using the same hdmi wire and the same hdmi port.

So, where is the problem?

BIOS and DRIVERS are already updated.

Help, please.

To better assist you, we would like to gather more information about your system configuration.

Please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.

1. Intel® SSU Download link
2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Also, please include the TV/display model numbers.

I had the same problem with a Philips 276E8VJSB 4K monitor.

The NUC7PJYH worked on an LG FHD monitor, and it recognized the Philips 4K, but the Philips monitor did not recognize any signal from the NUC. I had to try three different HDMI cables to make the Philips monitor work.
