NUC7i3BNH Bluetooth Problem

Hi all,

after that I've updated all driver with the Intel Driver & Support Assistant the Bluetooth stopped working on my Intel NUC7i3BNH. I have already tried to unistall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver (version 20.0.0 that Intel Driver Utility install, but also the newer 20.10.00 version that I have found on intel website) but the situation doesn't change. How can I get the Bluetooth works correctly? Thanks

Hello diegocom

Thank you for joining the community.

Could you review the status of the Bluetooth on the device manager and attach a picture to the thread?

Checking on the available drivers for the NUC7i3BNH the Bluetooth driver is the 20.0.0, cloud you roll back to that version?

Is the Bluetooth enabled on the BIOS?

3. Reboot.

4. Reinstall Intel Bluetooth Driver package.

5. Reinstall Intel Wireless Driver package.

Hope this helps,
