I updated my NUC os to Windows 10 1803 by new installation today, and find that the Screen flicker come back with my 4K@60Hz monitor.
Since I have to may work at daytime, so I have not do anyother test yet.
Do anyothers has similar problem like me?
I heard this through another source earlier today. Uninstall the graphics driver and then reinstall using latest available in the Intel Download Center.

win10-1803 has already updated the igx driver to the latest one 4973 automatically but NUC still flicked.
but I will re-updated it later anyway.

I have the same NUC delivered to me yesterday and I messed with it today.
I dont have any flicker on my dual mon. setup 1440p via dp & 1080p via hdmi.
I used the day0 driver per my previous post.
I want to try the latest driver from the NUC support page (which is older than the day0 driver) but for love of god I can't figure it out to install it lol.

I understand that you are experiencing flickering issues on your Intel® NUC NUC7i5BNK after the latest Windows* 10 update.
In order to try to get the issue fixed we will need you to totally disconnect your machine from the internet, and then uninstall all the graphic drivers from you machine until the basic display driver is exposed.
In order to do it, please go ahead and click on the "Uninstalling the Intel Graphics Driver via the Device Manager Method" option on the following link:
Please note that you may need to reboot 2 or maybe 3 times your machine after uninstalling the drivers, so you can make sure that you got rid of them.
