NUC7i7BNH hangs on windows 10 v1907 update

Hi

I have run all Intel updates (Intel management tool say all drivers are up to date) and I’m trying to upgrade my NUC from windows 1803 to 1903.

When running the upgrade everything starts fine within windows. The update is downloaded, it does it stuff and the requires a restart to continue. But then it seems to hang on the reboot sequence - as shown in attached pictures.

if I do turn it off and on again from this position, windows boot normally, but the OS.

Any advice on what to do to actually get the

NUC updated

Unplug all unnecessary devices and try again.

And try installing 1909 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
