The problem persists on a regular basis (e.g.: GoogleMaps 3D), and as soon as any ScreenSaver runs, the temperature soars. I do not have the skills to open and clean or replace the blower, like Leon suggested.
Here's my rigged solution, after removing the plastic top lid, an USB Fan blowing downwards (check HWINFO's temp specs):

Seems a bit extreme, when just a couple of simple checks can likely solve the problem.
