The title pretty much says it. All drivers up to date, win10 up to date, Bluetooth devices confirmed to work on other systems.

Hello MolyWorks,

Thank you for your response,

We are going to the following, we are going to download the file to update the driver of the bluetooth* from the link below:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27600/Intel-Bluetooth-Technology-Based-Driver-for-Windows-... https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27600/Intel-Bluetooth-Technology-Based-Driver-for-Windows-...

Once the installation is complete, reboot the system and try to discover devices with the bluetooth*

A slight improvement. I can see some devices, but not the one I'm looking for, which is a mprow headset. This headset shows up on my phone just fine. It was connect to the NUC and disconnected mid call and It's never been able to connect again.

FYI, that driver update gave no indication that it ran, other than a momentary blip on the screen.

Hello MolyWorks,

Thank you for your response,

Have you checked under the bluetooth settings to see if it is still paired or not? If it is paired then I would suggest you to first forget the device under the settings and then attempt to find it again, if possible after forgetting the device, turn off the bluetooth* and then turn it back on. Then, try and re-scan to see if the unit shows.

The headset is not paired at this time. While the headset was paired, there was an error when trying to reconnect. The device was forgotten and since it's never shown on the available devices screen again. The headset pairs with an android phone just fine.

Hello MolyWorks,

Thank you for your response,

The only thing we can try now is to check if the headset is paired with any other device, if that is the case then please unpair it. After that, try to connect it to the NUC again to see if it is available now.

If that did not work, then please go to the device manager and look for the bluetooth* controller under device manager and then uninstall it. After uninstalling it, please go ahead and reboot the system. Once the system is back up, download and install the latest bluetooth* driver which was provided by me before.

Let us know the outcome.
