Hello! We have two NUC8i3BEH connected via HDMI to the monitor. And we have constant problems with sound. The sound is periodically turned off, the red cross lights up in the volume settings, it does't find any sound output devices. It helps only to restart the computer. Tried to update the BIOS, reinstall the driver, but nothing helped. What else can we do? We have a lot of NUCs, but only two have this problems.

All other NUCs are connected to the same monitor? Can you connect the problematic NUC instead of "good" one (i.e. use verified HDMI cable and monitor).

Hi,
I had some HDMI trouble on NUC8i5 too. in my case, that was Hardware trouble. so I changed to new one by Intel support. then it is working well.
