NUC8i5BEH – Ethernet port does not work

I'm using Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit), the most recent BIOS (0056) and driver version 12.18.8.4 for the "Intel® Ethernet Connection (6) I219-V" but the Ethernet connection does not work.

I also tried different patch cables, reinstalled the drivers, but the Ethernot port does not react at all, it keeps saying "Not connected".

The cisco switch tells that there is no i/o at all:

Previously I've used the NUC7 on the same Ethernet connection, no problems with it.

ASull3, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. For this scenario, we can try to un-install the driver from device manager, select "Network Adapters", right click the LAN driver and select "Uninstall", then please try to install the Intel® Ethernet driver version 23.4: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28096/Intel-Gigabit-Ethernet-Network-Connection-Driver-for... If the problem persists, we can try to install the Intel® driver version 23.5.1: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25016/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=... Thanks for answering. I already tried that but it didn't work so I sent the device back to the retailer. I have now to wait for the replacement NUC.
