Latest graphics driver release is 30.0.101.1660; give it a try. You can download the install package from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html.

Please let me know if you were able to try the latest graphics driver version (30.0.101.1660) https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
As well, please provide the following information:
- Was there any hardware upgrade or software/OS update before the issue started? Was the game working fine before?
- Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.
