Après mise à jour du Bios impossible de démarrer ou installer un Windows.

Avec n'importe quel Linux pas de problème.

This may be as a result of installing Windows either without UEFI Boot enabled in BIOS and without installing Windows to use UEFI boot. You cannot use NVMe with Legacy Boot.
