NUC8i5BEH powered USB port

On my device the 3 non-powered USB ports work fine, but the yellow (powered) port doesn't work at all. I don't see anything about this in the bios. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.

The "Portable Device Charging Mode" option in BIOS under Advanced>Devices>USB controlls the yellow port. Is it set to "Charging Only"? I believe it must be set to "Charging in S3" to enable the port for other than charging.

It is set exactly as depicted in the screen shot in your reply. It looks to me like the physical socket is defective, although I think it used to work. Obviously I don't use it much
