NUC8i5BEK: no sound on usb-c/DisplayPort, until I plug and unplug the minijack.

So, to get the sound through the Usb-c/DisplayPort I need to plug and unplug something in the minijack. On first initialization I have no sound working.

BIOS is on it's last version.

Sound is working through the minijack.

1. Download Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run SSU System Scan. The txt file with saved scan results, please attach to your post.
2. Did you try to run Windows troubleshooting?
3. Is the device with speaker connected to Usb-c/DisplayPort set as default sound output device?

3. Yes it is, and it's recognize as the default output.
