So the thing is that in some cases everything is together with graphic drivers... i remove the graphic device with drivers and uninstal it...
And just reinstall this latest drivers from 5|1|2021
All problems gone for now it works for one hour and it looks like it will continue to work
Reinstalling windows would take 2much time...
If this uninstling and reinstalling graphic doesnt work for someone, than it need to do other thing... there is about 10 methods what to do from powerhell, cmd or more options...
Just need to go to safe mode and check the problems with Event Viewer to define what it is and solve it...
Thanks for helping and take time for this problem but it is not Intel problem... It is Microsoft problem

It may be the pedigree of your installation media. If I might suggest, use the Microsoft Media Creation tool (available here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) to build a new installation flash disk with the latest Windows 10 version.
Hope this helps,

Hi @JayDee
The SAFE mode boot may be activated from the Command Prompt. Boot into Advance Option Menu. This menu you can reach after booting from Window Installation Media USB:
- Boot from your Windows 10 installation USB.
- Select your language preferences and click/tap on Next.
- Click/tap on Repair your computer at the bottom.
- Click/tap on Troubleshoot.
- Click/tap on Advanced options.
- Click on Command Prompt
- In the Command Prompt write the following command: bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal and press enter to execute this command
- Close the Command Prompt window by clicking the X in the upper right corner of the Command Prompt window.
- Select Continue and sign in to Windows
- While in Windows, press Windows key + r. Run msconfig
- Chose Boot tab and uncheck Safe boot. Reboot your system.

Hello @JayDee
1. Did you booted into Windows in SAFE mode? See my instructions above.
2. You may try also to disconnect the Power Adapter and the CMOS Battery connector for 15 minutes.

So why you are not uninstalling the last Windows update and/or not restoring system to the last working configuration?

i remoove windows 10 october update 20H2 no changes
Later i remove update may v2004 no change....
still seeing in system error log "dcom error 1084"
by one of articles in other forum (https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-dcom-error-1084-on-windows-10/)
i try all solutions to fix and analise it.... analises say it's all o.k.... at end it is fixed with removeing graphic drivers...
i newer had AMD Radeon Adrenalin software apliccation... becouse it doesnt install... betwen installation screen blinks and it stay black... solution for that is hard reset - safe mode- remove driver - reboot
i try all software AMD packages and same problem.... sometimes after black screen and hard reset it comes to windows and turn on both screens.... but still just for 15s and freezes
i even try remove drivers and manualy install them... by device manager - update - select file location and same problem... sometimes blac screen... sometimes freezes... and if you do hard reset in both cases works for 15s
now working is in one case...
any driver for Intel HD Graphics 630 (now i have 5.9.2020 v27.20.100.8681)
and only with Windows Default Graphic Adapter
I even ordered the mini port adapter, waiting it to come... but i read that works with 6 sccreens... so both HDMI connectors should work samultaniously...
And i even think... If i would... like... having all updates like on old PCs... they all worked well... This NUC is 3months old....
for now the second screen is just a decoration... for one week
