NUC8i7BEH won't boot after latest bios update

I had downloaded and updated the bios through the intel download manager.  When it asked to restart I had a few apps open so I canceled, shut them down then restarted.  After that, the unit will not boot.  At first, it was giving me a windows blue screen trying to correct the issue but was unsuccessful.  Talking with the Intel support guys they had me take out my CMOS for 5 minutes push the power button while it was disconnected and remove a ram drive and only have one in the secondary slot.  After that, it would come up with No bootable device detected.   I then did a bios recovery and still has the same error.   I've been trying to get ahold of support for several days to no avail.  If you have anything else I could try that would be fantastic.

Thanks

Well I have contacted support several times. The latest they were suppose to send me an RMA for the unit. They then sent me a message for the SN and SA which I sent. On Wednesday 9/9/2020 still haven’t heard a word back or received an RMA. This has been a 2 week process so far to fix a failed update with no end in sight.
