Can get into windows recovery using F8 then try to reinstall windows. Sometimes it works but then black screen again.

There is an updated video driver and HDMI firmware patch on NUC drivers site. HDMI installer fails, installing new video driver crashes

To better assist you, we would like to have more information about your system configuration.
1. What is the Windows* version you are trying to run on this Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7BEK?
2. Based on your second post, it seems that you are already in Windows*. Could you please confirm this information?
3. If you are already in Windows*, please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.
- Intel® SSU Download link
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
4. Does this problem occur if you connect the unit to another monitor/TV?
