Multiple display conditions
The first screen connects to Acer via HDMI
The second screen is connected to YAMAHA RX-V685 via HDMI, and then LG TV
I switch screen
Show only on 2 <--> Extend these Displays <--> Show only on 1
My screen will lose the signal and cause the crash.
this kind of problem frequently crops up
Show only on 2
This setting field cannot be changed.
Maybe I should test the connection without going through the amplifier.
But after several updates.
I am more suspicious of the stability of the driver.
Several driver versions before this.
The situation is even worse.
I reinstalled windows 10 a few days ago.
Just want to confirm the cause of the problem.

Hello WCHIN15,
Thank you for your response and the information provided,
I agree with you in testing the unit without the AV Receiver since it is not supported. Please test the environment without it and let us know if the issue persists.

About [Show only on 2 :This setting field cannot be changed.]
I am very sorry, whether it is through the amplifier or not, it looks normal now.
Maybe I forgot to click on the second screen.
But the screen switch is still unstable.
Switching often causes crashes.

Hello WCHIN15,
Thank you for your response,
That might be because you are using an AVR that is not handshaking correctly, I will recommend you to use a validate it one from this list or try to remove the AVR from the environment to check if the issue persists.
Let me know if you have any additional request or inquiry.

Thank you for your reply.
My NUC and monitor power cord are plugged into the UPS.
UPS : APC Back-UPS 700VA (BR700G-TW)
I will try to separate the power cord.

Hello WCHIN15,
Thank you for your response,
I'm not sure why mentioned the UPS and power connection of the NUC; however, since you are using an Audio Video Receiver (AVR) that is not handshaking correctly, I will suggest removing the AVR from the environment to check if the issue persists. Also, you may try to use a validated one from this list.
Let me know if you have any additional request or inquiry.

Hello WCHIN15,
I would like to know if you need further assistance? If so, please let me know if you were able to test the system without the Audio Video Receiver (AVR) and if the system works fine without it.
