NUC8i7HNK, screen flickering.

Hi everyone, I just got my new computer set up and the screen is flickering constantly. Most times the computer is unusable as it flickers every second. I've run the Intel Assistant to make sure all the drivers are up to date. I've tried to do a rollback on the drivers and still same issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

  1. What monitor is connected to your NUC?
  2. What resolution and frequency is set ?
  3. Please download Intel System Support Utility (SSU) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- . Run the SSU system scan.
  4. Please save the generated report and attach to your post.

Thanks for the recommendation. It was my receiver. I've directly plugged my TV into my computer and it works fine.

90% of the time, this problem is corrected with a better quality HDMI cable.

Not the issue.

 

Turns out it's an issue with my receiver. For now, I've directly plugged in my TV into the PC and it works.
