The NUC was sleeping.
I waked him with the move of the mouse. Nothing happened.
Only the power led light was on.
The other three led lights were off.
No reaction on mouse and keyboard.
Power off for 5 minutes
Power on. No actions. No lights. DEAD
I removed the power unit for 4 minutes.
Power on again. No actions.
Only the left an the center led light were shortly white.
I looked inside the NUC and moved the memory and the storage modul.
In the meantime i looked with my tablet in the forum for heat-victims.
Now 60 Min later the NUC is reassembled.
I needed two reboots, but now the NUC worked properly.
No windows or intel driver updates nessessary.
I dont know what was happened, or what I can do the next time.
Many thanks to other suggestions
Keep cool

For starters, make sure you are running the latest available BIOS release. Also, make sure that you DO NOT have the NUC's fan speed control set to allow the fans to turn off. In fact, I would suggest setting the Minimum Duty Cycle to 40% or perhaps even higher if you are overheating.
