NUC8i7HVK 4k 60fps HDR video playback issue

So i just purchased this unit, all setup with current updates and drivers , running windows 10 1809 , when trying to watch youtube videos at 4k 60fps/30fps HDR the video stutters/lags , with the stats info showing massive amounts of dropped frames, but choosing 2k 60fps With HDR or 4k 60fps No HDR theres no issue at all with stutter/lag/dropped frames, tv does support 4k 60hz HDR , Hdmi cable is rated 27Gbps so bandwith isnt an issue either , any possible help would be great as i only purchased this unit with the intention of the best graphics situation possible(4K60fpsHDR)

Hello CMcNe1 Thank you for the information. Have you installed the latest Windows® 10 1809 Updates (go to Windows settings, updates and security to scan the system) and the latest Graphics drivers (HD + AMD) installed from Intel (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126143/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HVK), uninstall both drivers and then install the Intel first, then AMD and test the system. You can also test the generic Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 Version: DCH 25.20.100.6519 (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28515/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=98909) for testing proposes. Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
